Sometimes things just happen. And sometimes they don’t. This shot was one of those things which just did happen. I was just outside for a walk, and wanted to try something a bit different. I am just a poor student so my list of fancy equipment is rather short. This you see here is pretty much all I have, a camera house, a basic lens and a cheap pair of sunglasses.
But, after all, I do have a whole lot of nature, trees, flowers, animals and people and even some sort of civilization.
No reason to complain, really 
I guess I just needed to tell this to myself.

This is a fantastic photo! Out of focus in just the right places, and the glasses give it a unique quality that’s very compelling. I understand exactly what you mean, poor student with just a few things to his name. I basically live on Ramen but what can you do? Things can only get better from here, right?
